We didn't start Chiedza and Alice in a boardroom. We started at a kitchen table watching someone we love go through a sickle cell crisis, learning words like haematology and vaso-occlusive because we had no other choice. We made a promise that everything we went through wouldn't stay with us; it would become someone else's lifeline.

That promise has grown. Today, we support people through sickle cell, health and wellbeing, elderly and disability care, and supported housing, always with the same warmth we'd want for our own family.
